Prepared for Opportunity

SlawsaJust over a week ago, I listened to a great podcast about an entrepreneur who described what it meant for her to be prepared for opportunity.  The entrepreneur’s name is Julie Busha, and she is the owner of a company that produces Slawsa, a new product from an old family recipe. In the podcast, Julie tells her story, and the circumstances that led her to start this company.  What impacted me the most about her story is how she described her financial preparation. She and her husband were fiscally responsible and that made all the difference.

I wrote a guest post about her story. It was featured on, which is a career planning site. The post is called “Are You Prepared for Opportunity?”  It is so important to be prepared for good things to happen. There are 3 Keys in the post. Here are the bullet points:

  • Opportunities Show Up at Any Time
  • Opportunities May Require Mobility
  • Opportunities Sometime Require Quick Cash

I hope you check out this guest post. While you are there, you may also find some other great things from Jonathan Milligan. I encourage you to be prepared for opportunity!
