How to Get on Your Future Employer’s Radar

When it comes to the Job Search Process, most people don’t want to get out of their comfort zone. But if you want a better than average opportunity, then you may need to stretch your thinking a bit.

The best way to get the attention of your future employer is to be the only one on their radar. It isn’t hard to do if you are using the right process.

  • Imagine a meeting in which you are the only one showing interest in a company and what they do.
  • Imagine the opportunity to talk about your skills and experience without being in a formal interview.
  • Imagine getting to know a Decision Maker in your industry and learning what is important to him or her.

The normal ways that people look for work will not give you the options above. Are you willing to try something new and leave your comfort zone to find a great new career? If so, here is a quick video to explain part of the process. Do you have questions? Ask them in the comment section below. I would love to connect with you!
